Our Annual Meeting was held on November 1, 2025 for the purpose of electing four (4) members to the Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years.

October often finds us hosting our community-wide Annual Garage Sale, complete with Craigslist and San Diego UT advertisements, signage on both gates, and balloons for the mailboxes of homes participating so that shoppers can easily find them.
While there is fun all summer long at the pool area, the highlight is our annual Fourth of July Party. Part catered-event and part potluck, this event runs all day and culminates in a walk to Avocado Summit to view the fireworks.
Finally, whether you'd just like to meet your neighbors or get involved, our board meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm. Come join the fun!
